While our hosted journeys are designed to be comprehensive, certain items remain at your discretion to preserve flexibility and personalization:
All Airfare — Guests are responsible for flights to and from Bangkok (or Tokyo if adding the extension).
Meals Beyond the Curated Dinners — Daily breakfast is included, along with six hosted dinners. All other meals allow for freedom of choice and exploration.
Optional Add-Ons — Custom wellness check-ups, golf outings, salsa evenings, or nightlife experiences not specified in the itinerary.
Alcoholic beverages outside of Welcome dinner, New Year's Eve countdown party, and nightly lounge cocktail service (5:30pm-7pm)
Personal Expenses — Shopping, bar charges, room service, laundry, and additional spa treatments beyond those listed.
Mandatory: Comprehensive Travel Insurance (required for booking)
